I am an endurance athlete and performance coach whose journey began far from sport. I started the gym at just 102lbs with no athletic background, building myself from the ground up—first through bodybuilding, then endurance sport. After gaining over 60lbs, rebuilding from setbacks, and completing challenges like 75 Hard, I discovered a passion for running, endurance, and long-distance performance. Since then, I have completed multiple Ironman 70.3 events, international races, and a full Ironman in extreme conditions. Today, I help everyday individuals build resilient, high-performing bodies—proving that progression is possible with any background and the right guidance.
